Designs are created by using sublimation ink. These sublimation designs are then permanently transferred to a specially coated mug using extreme heat and pressure. Colors may vary slightly from attached images and design photos depending on monitor, printer, inks and substrate materials.
PROCESSING TIME:
2-5 business days. Although, this is subject to change due to vacations. Please check my shop announcement on my homepage for updated information.
SHIPPING TIME:
1-3 business days after production. Items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage®. Once Items are shipped we cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages.
